Once you have signed up for a Cricket Tasmania membership, you will receive a digital card via email, as well as a physical card which will be posted to you after your purchase. Please allow a few weeks for the physical card to arrive. In the meantime, you can either scan your digital card directly from your phone or device, or print a copy to use for entry.
For Tigers home matches (including finals):
You can access these matches by walking through the gates (no scanning required) and showing your Cricket Tasmania membership card (printed, digital, or physical) at the entry to the Members Area on Level 3 in the Ricky Ponting Stand.
For Hurricanes home matches (excluding finals):
You can scan your membership card at the gates (physical, printed, or digital) to gain entry. Once inside, please make your way to the Cricket Tasmania Members Area, which will also include outdoor Bays 2 & 3 (please check on the night with Venue staff if there are additional Bays). Additionally, you may also access the General Admission area on the Hill.
For Hurricanes home finals:
For these matches, you will need to redeem your complimentary tickets once ticket sales are released for any home finals. You will be able to redeem tickets through the Ticketek website during an early bird period using a code we will provide to you via email. Please note, you will not be able to access these matches by scanning your membership card, you will need to redeem tickets to enter.
Simply enter the code provided by email into the “PASSWORD” box on the Ticketek site for that final.
For International matches:
As a Cricket Tasmania member, you are entitled to tickets in the Cricket Tasmania Members area for all Cricket Australia matches played at Ninja Stadium during the season. You will need to redeem tickets to these matches and will not be able to scan your membership card for entry.
To redeem these tickets, you will need to visit the Ticketek website for the match and select the “Cricket Tasmania Members” option from the drop-down menu. This will prompt a white box to appear, where you can enter the 12-digit barcode found on the back of your membership card. Once entered, continue the booking process on the Ticketek website for that match.
We will also email these instructions as a reminder once tickets are released for each match.

Special Offers:
There may be times where Special Offers are available to Cricket Tasmania Members for other events that are held at Ninja Stadium. These offered will be communicated to our Members by email, with full details of the offer and how to purchase.
Reciprocal rights:
Cricket Tasmania Members to have reciprocal rights with a number of sporting clubs and stadiums interstate. To enquire about this, please email membership@crickettas.com.au.
