When will my membership auto-renew?
Your membership will automatically renew for the 2026–27 season on 1 July 2026. If you prefer to renew manually before this date, you can log into your Ticketmaster account from 1 June 2026 and pay your invoice.
Do I need to do anything prior to auto-renew?
Yes, you should log into your Ticketmaster account and ensure all details are up to date before 1 July 2026. This is important as your digital membership card will be emailed and your physical card will be posted, and details cannot be changed after processing.
Why am I not receiving member-only emails?

If you are not receiving them, you may have opted out of marketing communications. To fix this, update your preferences in your Cricket Plus account and opt in to member communications.
When will I receive my membership card?
Digital cards are sent in August and physical cards are posted in early September. If your physical card has not arrived before a match, you can use your digital version or a printed copy. Members who join after September should allow up to three weeks for a physical card and will receive a digital card within 24 hours of purchase.
Does my membership include access to the Members Stand for AFL/VFL matches?
Yes, but you must still purchase a ticket through the AFL or VFL website. Members will receive instructions via email on how to access tickets to the Cricket Tasmania Members Stand.
