I haven’t received my Membership Card?

By now you should have received your Cricket Tasmania Membership Digital Card to your email. This email will be from a Hobart Hurricanes email address. If you haven’t received this email, please contact Membership Services by email membership@crickettas.com.au and we can re-send this email with the digital cards to you.

Your physical membership card can take up to 3 weeks to posted to you.

 

I haven’t received my Associate Card?

Unfortunately, Associate cards didn’t automatically renew for the new season and are needing to be readded back to members accounts. Please email the membership@crickettas.com.au to arrange for the Associate card to be readded and we apologies for the inconvenience this causes.

The physical Associate Membership cards are sent separately to the Cricket Tasmania Membership cards.

All membership cards take 10 to 15 business days to be received by members.

 

What games does my membership give me access to?

With your digital, printed or physical membership card, you will have access to all domestic matches including Shield, One Day and WNCL matches, as well as all WBBL homes matches & BBL home matches.

For all Cricket Australia International matches, you must redeem a ticket through the Ticketek website, using your membership barcode as your password for redemption. Please phone or visit the Member Hub

 

How do I purchase a Guest Pass for Members to a BBL Match?

Guest passes purchasing is now available and can be purchased from the Ticketek website, www.ticketek.com.au. Alternatively, please feel free to contact the Customer Hub

Up to 2 Guest Passes can be purchased per member,

 

I don’t have a printer, but want to print the PDF of my Member card?

Not a problem, please visit our Customer Hub at Ninja Stadium, Monday to Friday and we can print for you.

 

What qualifies you for a Concession Rate?

To be eligible for a concession rate, a member must be a holder of one of the following cards:

  • A Department of Veterans’ Affairs card, TPI or Department of Veterans’ Affairs issued Pensioner Concession Card*
  • Commonwealth Senior Health Care Card
  • Pensioner Concession Card (PCC)*
  • Health Care Card (HCC)*
  • Full time secondary or tertiary student cards**

*Cardholders only (not their dependents listed on the card) are entitled to the concession price for a ticket.

**Excluding student cards from institutions based outside of Australia
