Tigers Shield Squad vs South Australia

The Tasmanian Tigers return to red-ball action tomorrow in Adelaide tomorrow against South Australia in their sixth Sheffield Shield game of the summer.

After their incredible Shield victory against New South Wales last week, Tasmania will be looking to make amends for their loss against South Australia earlier in November where the Tigers were defeated by three wickets.

Returning to Tasmania's squad for this match in South Australia is Kieran Elliott, Nivethan Radhakrishnan, and for his first potential Shield game of the summer, pace bowler Billy Stanlake.

Ruwantha Kellapotha also rejoins Tasmania's squad from earlier in the season, and if selected will be presented with Tasmanian Cap #217.

Mitch Owen is unavailable for selection due to his injury substitution during the match against NSW, which meant he is unable to play domestic cricket for 12 days, but has recovered well from his hamstring strain and will be fit for game one of the BBL|15 season.

Riley Meredith is being rested following a heavy workload in the past Shield match in Sydney ahead of BBL|15, and Matt Kuhnemann is unavailable for selection due to a side strain suffered during the last Shield match.

Opener Jake Weatherald and all-rounder Beau Webster are both unavailable for this match due to their commitments with the Australian Test squad.

Tasmania's 13-man squad for their match against South Australia is as follows:

Jordan Silk (C)
Gabe Bell
Jackson Bird
Nikhil Chaudhary
Jake Doran
Kieran Elliott
Brad Hope
Caleb Jewell
Ruwantha Kellapotha
Aidan O’Connor
Nivethan Radhakrishnan
