About the role
The Sales Administration role will deliver high-quality administrative and customer service support that enhances the experience of Cricket Tasmania’s patrons, clients, and stakeholders. By enabling efficient sales processes, accurate documentation, and responsive communication, this role contributes to the smooth operation and commercial success of our Venue sales team. It supports the business unit’s strategic goals of increased profitable revenue and execute with excellence.

About you
You are positive and energetic with a customer first focus.
You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
You are highly organised and efficient.
Your word processing and data management skills are exceptional.
You can work flexibly outside of regular office hours if required.
You have experience in cold calling potential customers
You have a Cert IV in Business or equivalent professional experience in administration
You have a Current Tasmanian Registration for Working with Vulnerable People with the class of registration of Employee/Volunteer or the willingness to acquire this registration.

Additional Information
This is a permanent part time position, 25 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2.30pm
