About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Competitions Coordinator who will play a vital role in shaping the future of cricket across southern Tasmania. Reporting to the Community Cricket Manager – South, this position will provide high-level administrative and strategical support to local cricket associations and community cricket partners. The successful candidate will help deliver well-run, inclusive competitions that offer diverse cricket formats—designed to recruit, retain, and re-engage players, umpires, and volunteers.

About you
A data-informed mindset, with the ability to collect, analyse, and apply insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement and strategic outcomes.
Proven ability to coordinate and manage competition schedules, rosters, results, ladders, and statistics to meet the evolving needs of community sport.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with clubs, associations, and key stakeholders.
Experience providing guidance and support to cricket clubs and associations to help them thrive and grow.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
