The Tasmanian Tigers return to One Day Cup action in their final match of the competition for the season.
After defeating Victoria last week, the Tigers would like to finish their season on high with back-to-back wins now that a One Day Cup Final is out of the question.
The wicket taking load in this match was shared among all but one of their bowlers, with Raf MacMillan and Beau Webster each taking two apiece.
Tasmania's batting innings was reminiscent of the BBL|14 Final, as Mitchell Owen reminded Tigers fans of his power hitting as he scored 48 runs off 19 balls with four fours and four sixes.
The Player of the Match against the 'Vics' was Caleb Jewell, who scored 105* not out as he guided Tasmania home with 57 balls to spare, just short of a bonus point victory.
The Tigers squad for tomorrow night sees very little change from their match last week, with nearly all of the starting XI holding their spot in the squad.
South Australia requires a win to retain their spot at the top of the table, and the Tigers will be hoping to get revenge for their loss in the Sheffield Shield this week.
Tasmania have named a thirteen-man squad for the match against South Australia at Adelaide Oval tomorrow, and consists of:
Jordan Silk (C)
Jake Doran
Bradley Hope
Caleb Jewell
Raf MacMillan
Aidan O’Connor
Mitch Owen
Will Prestwidge
Nivethan Radhakrishnan
Tom Rogers
