WNCL Tigers Squad Release vs Victoria

Ahead of their third game of the Women's National Cricket League 2025-26 Season, the Tasmanian Tigers travel to Melbourne to take on Victoria on Wednesday and Friday this weekend with both matches starting at 10.00 am.

Fresh off a win and a loss against South Australia a couple of weeks ago, the Tigers will be looking to continue on their winning streak after a bonus point win in game two at Karen Rolton Oval.

Captain Elyse Villani will make her 50th appearance in game two for Tasmania in the WNCL, joining a talented group of Tasmanian Tigers to reach the 50-game mark for the state.

Courtney Sippel will also play in her 50th WNCL match, having played 46 games for Queensland before making the move to Tasmania at the start of the 2025-26 summer.

Returning to the Tasmanian Tigers squad is leg-spinning all-rounder Amy Smith, who has recovered well from an injury sustained during a pre-season match in their tour of Queensland.

Coming out of the squad from the matches against South Australia is Callie Wilson.
