About the role
Reporting to the General Manager – Marketing & Communications, the Events & Fan Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering the ultimate fan experience for The Hobart Hurricanes Tasmanian Tigers and Cricket Tasmania brands, to drive fan engagement connect with our communities and achieve strategic outcomes.
You will
Contribute to the creation and execution of the Events & Fan Experience Strategy in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Team.
Lead our Big Bash match day presentation.
Manage the fan experience presentation for our Big Bash match days, including Fan Zone, giveaways and mascot strategy.
Lead and manage Cricket Tasmania marquee events, including but not limited to; season launches and awards nights.
Ensure all events and fan activations are conducted in an organised, safe, efficient and professional manner, including contractor management.
You will have
Experience in the planning and delivery of events.
Highly developed organisational and prioritisation skills and experience in managing multiple priorities and projects within tight timelines.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
A passion for sport and entertainment and creating connectivity with fans.
