Cricket Tasmania announces U19 Male National Championship Squad

Cricket Tasmania is proud to announce the U19 state team who will be representing Tasmania at the upcoming U19 National Championship in Albury next week.

Many of Tasmania’s currently contracted players competed in the U19 National Championship across previous seasons and gave themselves a great platform to start their professional career.

Following the identification process, extended squad training sessions, and tough selection decisions, the U19 squad was whittled down to 14 talented Tasmanians who will look to represent our state with pride.

Cricket Tasmania’s Pathways Head Coach and the Head Coach of this team, Andrew Gale, discussed how excited he is to see this group of young men represent their state.

“We are looking forward to seeing our Tasmanian pathway players compete at this year’s U19 Male National Championship. We have recently restructured our pathway squads and the group have had some great training leading into the competition.” Said Gale,
