A Tasmanian Tiger for over 11 years, Emma Thompson has been a pivotal figure as a batter, medium pace bowler and excellent fielder ever since making the move from New South Wales as a teenager.
Formerly part of the NSW U17 and U19 setups, Thompson sought further opportunities in Tasmania and immediately flourished, holding a regular position in the Tigers side up until she became the first player to receive a maternity leave contract in 2021.
Thompson has also represented the Hobart Hurricanes in the WBBL for a number of seasons, and along with Hall and Moloney, remains one of the longest serving members in the Tasmanian squad.
