Male Pathway Program
Cricket Tasmania’s Male Pathway Program is managed by Ali De Winter.
The pathway begins for male cricketers with the Under 15 Hurricanes Youth Academy which is run by Clive Rose.
There are three squads within the academy in the South, North and the North-West.
It involves a 10-week training program with three matches that follow the season.
The next program available is the Cricket Tasmania Pathway Academy which has two hubs in the North and North-West led by Ali De Winter.
The South has an Under 17 Hurricanes Academy Squad which is managed by Clive Rose.
The next step in the pathway for men is the Cricket Tasmania Premier League Talent Squad which is run in the South of Tasmania
It consists of the best players in 1st Grade, Cricket Tasmania Rookie Players and the best Under 19 players, coached by Ali De Winter and Ben Rohrer.
The final step in the Male Pathway Program is the Tasmanian Tigers Male Team.
