Hobart and Blundstone Arena will become home for the Bangladesh and New Zealand Men's National Teams & their supporters in October next year when the ICC T20 World Cup gets underway in Australia.

Bellerive Oval (Blundstone Arena) will play host to Group B in the First Round of the tournament, featuring four teams striving to progress to the Super 12 Stage - including World number 10 Bangladesh, who will play three matches in Tasmania's capital.

Six matches will take place over three match days, with each comprising a double header on Monday 19, Wednesday 21 & Friday 23 October 2020.

The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Qualifier will take place in late 2019 to determine the final six teams to participate in Australia in 2020, including the remaining three teams to play in Group B.

When the tournament reaches the massive Super 12 Stage, New Zealand will host the runner up of Group B - with the eyes of the cricketing world on Hobart in the day's only fixture on Tuesday 27 October.

Hobart's first Super 12 Stage match will be held on the afternoon of Sunday 25 October between the winner of Group A vs. the Runner Up of Group B.
