The Blundstone Group has won prestigious community-based honors and awards in areas such as occupational health and safety, alternative action, vocational education and training, process innovation and product quality - which serves as testimony to their levels of performance and commitment to the community. Their company name proudly represents the Tasmanian home of the Tasmanian Tigers and Hobart Hurricanes men's and women's teams – Blundstone Arena at beautiful Bellerive in Hobart.

The organisation consists of a highly integrated group of companies owned and operated by a family whose history can be traced back to the 1840s. This family purchased Blundstone Pty Ltd in 1932, amalgamating their footwear manufacturing operations under the Blundstone name. Despite having grown into one of the world’s most recognisable boot brands, the company remains Tasmanian and retains its family values.

Their headquarters are based in Moonah, Tasmania, housing their administration, sales, marketing, communications, quality management, customer service and logistics sections. It's also home to their research and design centre and gumboot factory, with the capacity to manufacture 400,000 pairs of gumboots per year. They are committed to making the highest quality boots for everyday work and comfort.

With a proud history extending back to 1840, they market premium brands in the dairy, juice, soy, beer, cider, fine wine, spirits, alcoholic 'ready-to-drink' and non-alcohol beverages categories.

This diverse portfolio is produced across 38 manufacturing sites with a company focus on long-term, sustainable growth by investing in their core strategic assets – their people, brands, production facilities and supply chain – to generate value for their customers and consumers.

In addition to direct employment, Lion make a significant contribution to the Australian economy as one of the largest purchasers of agricultural goods and an integral component of the retail, hospitality and tourism industries.

Cadbury is committed to bringing joy, making a positive difference and investing in the communities where they live and work. They are passionate about being involved in their community so that everybody wins - society, their people and their business. They promote healthy lifestyles – which includes increased physical activity for children and their families, securing fresh food through local agriculture and encouraging better nutritional education.

Hobart's famous Claremont Factory is also the traditional historic home of Cadbury chocolate in Australia since 1921. Most of the milk used to make Cadbury's products is sourced from the North-West region of Tasmania and processed at Cadbury's Burnie milk depot. This milk is then transported to Hobart via road tankers. So their products are proudly made in Tasmania by Tasmanians, and they look forward to partnering with Cricket Tasmania and the Hobart Hurricanes to share even more moments of joy – including with their own employees, who can look forward to some wonderful cricket initiatives.
