After a frustrating draw against the Blues in Wollongong the Tigers will be keen to finish off their 2016-17 season with two wins at home.
Tasmanian selectors have made one change to the line-up with Hamish Kingston in and spinner Cameron Boyce omitted.
Cricket Tasmania Chairman of Selectors Michael Farrell said overall the team were pleased with the style of cricket that was played last week in New South Wales.
"There is a great deal of drive amongst the entire playing group to begin playing more consistent cricket. The challenge the players have set themselves is to be hard to play against and we see this game as an excellent opportunity to get back to playing well at our home ground.
“Queensland are a very well organised team and we know we have to play well to succeed against them. The players have committed to facing this match head-on and the mood around the playing and coaching group is very positive,” Farrell said.
The team will train today at 1.00pm at Blundstone Arena before starting the match tomorrow at 10.30am. The match will be streamed live at cricket.com.au with the 12th man to be announced the morning of the match.
